THE SEMINARS
The Essence Seminars combine a variety of methods and approaches belonging to contemporary psychology. They address issues which play an important role in human communication such as personal development and emotional intelligence and deepen our own knowledge of ourselves - the way we perceive ourselves, the way we connect with others, the way we achieve the things we truly want in our lives and the things which inspire us most to move forward.
