"Sharing the Essence" 
6 - 10th of October, Sofia 
”Sharing the essence” is a 5 day fully practical seminar that examines our deeply rooted beliefs about ourselves. These beliefs have been created in the course of our lives over a period of many years and sometimes are so strong that we cannot see the truth about what we really are.  
 
The seminar emphasizes on the compassionate acceptance of those unconscious models and on checking if they are still relevant at the present stages of our lives. In order to move beyond those beliefs the seminar suggests new experiences within the supporting environment of the whole group. 
 
Feeling ourselves and our own strength by being real and without the protective mechanisms of our past, this intense process helps us create new positive beliefs about ourselves and as a result we achieve more of what we want and we create deeper relationships with the people around us. The seminar consists of starting points that are meant to support us in dealing with inevitable challenges of life. It is a seminar for people who would really like to see the truth about who they really are with the intention to move beyond the negative models and create the life and the relationships that will bring them true joy.

The seminar lasts four full days; from Thursday to Sunday. Since the seminar relies on group work all parts of it need to be attended. 
Prerequisite: In order to take “Within the Essence” one needs to have attended the “Towards the Essence” training.
